As a national first-class performer, Xingsu Gao holds a series of positions such as council member of the Violinist Society and deputy director of the Youth Violin Education Society under the Chinese Musicians’ Association, president of the Violin Society under Jiang Provincial Association of Musicians of which he is a former secretary general, and member of the Jiangsu Arts Education Committee. His publications include The Art of Youth Violin Teaching, Sunset Glow: Violin with Piano and Voice, and Rendeux Impression.
